I’m required to do on the ‘Dimensions of Service Quality‘ part of the assignment but I need help with it. The company that I need you to focus on is “NCR Corporation” VS “Diebold Nixdorf“. I’ve attached a sample of the part, they chose 2 different companies. I am required to do something similar to it based on the company I have mentioned earlier.
I’ve also attached 2 pdf, each on the background of the company. I will need you to also have 1-2 citation/references, not from the world wide web but it needs to be a proper online journal/peer reviewed journal/article etc. Referencing needs to be in harvard style too.
